Family friendly farm stay experience for up to 22 people with Mountain views

Melanie and Andy have channelled their love for eco-friendly living, hospitality and farm life into becoming hosts at Hog & Saw Farm.  They have opened their historic farm house and barn up to other families so that they can experience farm life for themselves.

Melanie and Andy now live on a farm a half a mile away, giving guests plenty of privacy and space but are still close by to help with any questions or guest queries.

Hog & Saw Farm offers families the chance to stay in a historic farm house and nearby renovated barn for a 5-star rated family vacation.  The Farm House sleeps 12 and The Barn sleeps up to 10 – making Hog & Saw Farm perfect for multi-family stays. They can be rented together or separately depending on the size of the party.

While enjoying the mountain views and fresh air, children can also collect fresh farm eggs every morning and book in a time to help milk the goats.

Meet Melanie & Andy

Melanie and Andy have been involved in the outdoors their entire lives and bring this enthusiasm and passion to Hog & Saw Farm.

Melanie grew up on a cattle ranch in Montana which was originally owned by her great-grandmother. Melanie enjoys canning, gardening, knitting, bee keeping, and working with the animals on Hog & Saw farm. She makes cheese and organic soap from the Hog & Saw farm goats’ milk.  Guests of Hog & Farm will have the goat’s milk soap to use during their stay.

Andy is an all around outdoors man and talented carpenter and woodworker.  You can see Andy’s work around Hog & Saw farm from the high tunnels in the garden to the handmade cabinets and counter-tops in the gourmet kitchen.  Andy enjoys fly-fishing and hiking with his pack goats.  You can meet the pack goats when you visit the farm!

Melanie have been welcoming guests for 7 years and has earned a Superhost award with Airbnb & Premier Partner award with VRBO.
